Error

I have just rented 3 movies on Telstra box office and they are all showing error message saying no entitlements for this user I am able to play all other rented movies and the movies I have purchased are all working fine just the last 3 I have rented. What does this mean?

You will need to give Telstra TV Box Office Technical Support a call on 1800 502 502

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
