Player Error: no entitlements were found for this user

Called the 1800 number yesterday and told it will be fixed in 24hrs. Called back and now I'm told "Because we escalated to IT Support". Now just been informed there is a 10 day wait to have the issue looked at. Looks like we'll spend our money at the cinema instead of BP Movies. Shame....All we want to do is watch the movie we paid for.... and watch more.
