Telstra Box Office -Log IN

We haven't been able to log in to box office on our TV for 4 days now, it keeps coming up with a message of username and password are incorrect. Clearly that is not the case as I can still log into the account on the internet.  This is extremely  frustrating when you have a kid trapped inside and you can only listen to the  same you-tube videos for so long.

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with Telstra Box Office. 

Are you able to uninstall and reinstall or update the Telstra Box Office app on your TV? 

 

If not or this doesn't assist, I would recommend contacting Telstra Box Office support on 1800 502 502.
