I believe we here at Bribie Island have the loveliest, most helpful staff of all for Telstra by far. Thankyou so much for once again helping with a mobile issue I had with my phone today.

The manager, Jason is never too busy to stop and say hi, regardless of how busy the store always is. Matt helped me today understand that i had stupidly allowed a virus though on my phone and told me the best way to get rid of it.

Thankful for the advise and help each and every time.  Jason is fantastic, such a great person and a great manager.

Telstra needs to give all members of the store a massive payrise and a big congratulations to them all
