Site being blocked

A customer of ours has reported our site hihaho.com, studio.hihaho.com and player.hihaho.com is being blcoked by Telstra Broadband Protect, they can't visit our site. We've scanned the site with Sucuri and Google Safe Browsing -- both give the site the all clear.  This looks to be a false positive, how can the site be cleared from the TBP blocklist?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Site being blocked

You will want to get delisted from the following services (otherwise you will get blocked again), and then click on the "report as safe" link that is on the page that is presented when the site is blocked.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Site being blocked

Thank you for your response. I have been reporting the false positive at those sites, was at 8 when I started so almost there hopefully. A site in our IP range was malicious and got as marked. Now we migrated everything to Akamai.
