Site blocked by TBP

A customer of ours has reported our site webmail.cheaperdomains.com.au is being blocked by Telstra Broadband Protect, they can't visit our site. We've scanned the site with Sucuri, Google Safe Browsing and Virus total (Links below) -- all of which give the site the all clear. This looks to be a false positive, how can the site be cleared from the TBP blocklist? Appreciate your assistance.

Re: Site blocked by TBP

If they are seeing a Page that tells them it has been blocked, then they can click on the "report as safe" link.

They can also lower their level of protection through the My Telstra app, which will allow them to proceed to the site in the meantime.

Re: Site blocked by TBP

Yeah thanks for the  information Jupiter.

Unfortunately I think the DNS they are using on the modem is now permanently showing an SSL ERROR

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Some do not even see the TBP page and just get an SSL Error as mentioned above

This issue is only affecting Telstra Broadband customers as when we have people (On Telstra Broadband) using this website on a mobile device separated from their wifi they are able to visit the website without an issue.

We have had this reported error on multiple client accounts all using Telstra Broadband services.

I have a Telstra Nighthawk myself but can't replicate the error so makes it quite difficult.

Is there anyway you can see if we are in a blocklist and potentially get removed or re-scanned?

Re: Site blocked by TBP

Nobody on Crowdsupport has access to do that (not even the Telstra staff). Most of us here are just customers.

That error does not necessarily indicate that it is being blocked by Telstra, it indicates a problem with the SSL Certificate for the site.

If it was being blocked by Telstra at the DNS level, then you would expect to see the error come up as dns_probe_finished_nxdomain

It could indicate that the propagation of the DNS record hasn't completed since the last update of the certificate (which was issued in July and has a very short life of only 3 months).
