Many months ago I activated the Family Safety feature (under Telstra Broadband Protect) so as there were certain Access Time Restrictions overnight but I now cannot turn that feature off at all. I have spent hours trying to find it both on the Telstra website and the App. It shouldn't be this difficult... Please help asap.

Re: Turning off time restrictions
Log in to the My Account web page, click on 'See your services'
- in the Internet section, click on 'Manage Internet'
- in Your Bundle section click on 'Manage'
- you should see 'Telstra Broadband Protect', click on 'Manage'
Be aware that Telstra is ending some TBP features..

Re: Turning off time restrictions
Try it in the My Telstra app perhaps?
There are also some setting in you modem for this capability, limited but might be what you are looking for?
If you have a Telstra Smart Modem 2 open 192.168.0.1 in a browser and login with username 'admin' and password 'Telstra' ( these are default credentials as noted on the label on the bottom)
