Website being blocked, help!

Hello,

The client's website http://www.nexusplanning.com.au is being blocked due to malicious content.

However, the website has been cleaned by Godaddy Security and is not listed as malicious anywhere:

Could you please review that block and make sure they are able to access the website? Clicking "report this website as safe" has no effect.

Nobody at Crowdsupport has access to the Telstra systems to be able to unblock websites (this is primarily a Customer 2 Customer forum). The "Report as Safe" link is the only way to contact the team that looks after Telstra Broadband Protect.

 

From past experience of others who have reported the same issue here, it can take a couple of weeks for the unblocking to clear once site is cleaned and the link clicked.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
