mPotential bogus calls from Indian woman

It my internet connection or network is faulty, would I get a phone call from an Indian accented woman ask me to turn on my computer and follow her instructions?

Hi Bung59, usually if the service is not working we need to speak with the customer however this is initiated by them to report the issue. Was this a random call or did you report the issue previously?
