T-Gateway Modem

Good Afternoon,


I have had an NBN Technician visit this afternoon to activate my connection.  He has informed me that the T-Gateway Modem provided by Telstra needs to be updated as a new model is available.  The one he has connected today will not "sync", indicated by the WAN light constantly flashing.

I believe I have a Telstra technician scheduled to visit on December 18th.  Can he bring a new modem with him at this time, or can I collect it from your store in advance of Thursday?

Just to advise you that the stores mostly do not read these messages.

Best for you to ring them direct, you can google their phone number or ring the general number 131 800

Which model modem is it? The current ones are NBN compatible.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
