I need help filtering through a statement I just received

I need help filtering through a statement I just received basically they are saying I nearly owe $1000 and all I did was change my plan from my business plan to a consumer plan and now I have mobile repayment cancellation of $208 service  cancellation fee of $277 accessory repayment fee $116 thanks for the advice guys but this all looks like bull**bleep** since I was $200 in credit and made three payments of $100 each before I even received  this bill.

By the way I got through to someone at Burleigh which they were kind enough to tell me that the person that I dealt with would call me back on Tuesday it is now Sunday and I have also made 10 to 15 calls to try and get through to the Burleigh store as nobody has tried to reply back to me I’d really appreciate it if someone would call me to resolve this issue
