T-Hub touch screen unresponsive

I have an Iphone 5SE just over 12 months old, touch screen is unresponsive, have done a DFU resest and still unresponsive, can't even swipe to answer calls or even shut down, I live in Weipa so Cairns is the nearest store and don't get a chance to get down there very often. please advise of replacement options as mentioned only just over 12 months old thanks.

Re: T-Hub touch screen unresponsive

Generally speaking, you would need to take it to the store who would then send it off for an assessment and a replacement would be sent back if it is agreed by the technicians that it is faulty.

Alternatively, you can speak to Mobile Assurance may be able to arrange for this via post if that is easier. Alternatively again the Apple Support team may have a dealer or partner option that may be another alternative.
