The Telstra stores don't generally reply to posts on CrowdSupport. 

 

It would be best for you to contact the Telstra Claremont Store on 1800 729 074 or go into the store. 

I am NOT a Telstra employee and never have been. However, I AM a customer who volunteer's my time in the hope to help someone with their question.
