Telstra 24X7 (in their infinite wisdom) suggested using this portal to ask their own Telstra store when you will be reopening?

Unfortunately, the stores do not monitor this site.

All I can do is suggest that you give them a call on (as I can't tell which one you were after as the site isn't working properly):

02 6658 0600 for the store at Park Beach Plaza

or

02 6651 3620 for the store at Coffs Central

Both phones are not connected. Been the case since Sunday.

I just rang Centre management at Park Beach and they believe that they have reopened. She is getting a message to them, so hopefully I can confirm shortly.
