 Hi Team,

 

 

I'm Ray from Telstra Air Technical Support Team, I just would like to inquire if you could help me check if this plan sales order# 1-974072035878 (Pending status) created 10/11/2016 was created on your shop because I happened to assist the customer with regard to activating Telstra Air on Siebel by creating a modify order but I'm unable to submit it due to an error that suggests that I will not be able to submit another order if the said order is not yet completed.

 

Hope you could help me with this one.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
