I would like to reserve the new iPhone X with the large 6.5" screen and gold cover as advertised. Can you please advise when this phone is likely to be in store.

Thanks for your post and great to hear that you're looking to upgrade to a new iPhone Xs Max. At this stage, you can pre-order online via https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/mobiles-on-a-plan/iphone to lock in a device as soon as they are available (depending on stock availability).

If you wish to purchase in-store, they will be available from the 21st but you would need to go into the store to pick one up on the day. We do not offer in-store pre-ordering.
