Plan upgrade

hey i'm looking at upgrading my phone online however it doesn't give you an option for added accessories. like wireless earphones etc.

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately when you do a phone upgrade via our online store it does not give you the option to add accessories, this would need to be done in a separate order. Alternatively if you have a Telstra Store near by they will be able to process this in the one order.
