Hi Skotb, thanks for reaching out.
As long as you have a newer phone ( iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR or later with iOS 12.1 or later) you can use both numbers on your Apple Watch.
Here's the steps to get it setup for your Apple Watch:
- On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
- Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Cellular.
- Tap Set Up Cellular or Add a New Plan.
- Follow the onscreen steps to choose the plans that you want to add to your Apple Watch.
Here's more info from Apple if you need.
