No phone or internet
NBN Cable has recently been installed in my area and last week I noticed I had no phone and no internet. I don't have Telstra NBN appointment scheduled till March so does this mean I am without my landline phone and broadband till then? This is also the case with my neighbour. There has been has been to communication or warning from Telstra that this would happen.

Hi Smith, have you been connected to phone and internet, and now finding it's not working?
