Can someone please tell me what time the telstra Shop will be opening on friday morning for pickup of new iPhone 6S Plus Phones?

You would be best to ring them or call in.

I'll add to the good Professor's suggestion with my own, which is: be ready for an early morning. Unless of course they have arranged a preorder for you in store.

We've had no communication regarding an official opening time for every store, so I would strongly suggest getting in touch with them to check their hours on that day.
