Shocking service

Went in to upgrade my phone plan and internet bundle was told to take a seat and I was next in line. There were no customers in store for a good 10 mins and I still hadn’t been served until I started to walk out where someone offered to serve and I then declined and explained what happened. I walked back in hoping I would be taken seriously , I was finally served and seated. Half way through the conversation the consultant stopped me and told me he had to serve another customer to translate and once again I was left waiting. Then the manager came up to me and said someone else will serve me soon. So I was pretty much left like the first time waiting when I very well advised them I’m on my break and have limited time. No one seems to ever care in that store, so disappointing.
