iPhone X - Backorders - how you going??

hello, I have ordered an iPhone x from the online Telstra store, it has taken a really long time to get my order.

However, the phone I currently have is no longer working and I need z new phone ASAP. I am contacting you to see if I can cancel that order and just purchase an IPhone x in store from you


please let me know ASAP.

The stores don't usually monitor these forums. It may be quicker to go into the store or call them.
