Ipswich Store is in need of overhaul

After visiting the Ipswich Riverlink store twice in the past month I'm pretty sure I won't be going there again. Bad service is apparently normal and the wait times are shocking. I had heard from other customers about this store but went in hoping it couldn't seriously be as bad as they had said. May I suggest maybe some courses in customer service and time management and maybe hire some more staff. Most  people work for a living and can not just hang around for two hours waiting for a phone call so they can be attended to.
