Getting humans to answer a phone

Been told my email has been compromised and need to ring Telstra. Rang multiple times to get nothing but automated messages that tells me what to do but these all lead to the actual Telstra App telling me I need to contact Telstra. Please tell me how I can accomplish this when I have absolutely no chance of encountering any actual human answering?

When the My Telstra app tells you to call, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should get transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
