Problems getting Telstra on the phone
I have tried getting Telstra on the phone. Can not get through - I am on hold for an unacceptable amount of time on Multiple occasions.
I have problems with what I am being billed from Telstra since the Loganholme store set up the new NBN at our workplace.
I have sent emails to Brielle Johansen and also Matt Beale - these are bouncing back. Why is this occurring?
Today I have forwarded the email thread to the store manager as per email address on the Telstra website and also to the main Store email address.
Losing the Telstra Business at Springwood was a huge disappointment for myself as I just don't get the same service being forced to use the Loganholme store.
