What is the difference between Topup Credit and Credit

Answered

I have recently migrated from a Mobile Plan to a Pre Paid Mobile Plan. I have deposited a total of $30 to my mobile but my Credit shows a nil Credit but $30 Topup Credit.

Hi Saxasalt,

I'm presuming you are on the Prepaid Freedom Plus plan. To get the included benefits of this plan, when you recharge, you have to put a minimum of $30 on in one transaction.

Top Up Credit is what you put on when you have used all your included data before your 28 days is up. These are $10=1GB, $20=2.5GB.
