Accessing BigPond Webmail

BigPond email/webmail

 

Hi folks

 

I cannot access my Telstra webmail account.

 

I have received a message this morning "ATTENTION: Bounced Message Notification, bytes in the mailbox!!"

 

If I cannot access my webmail account how can I correct this please? (Note, I have access Telstra - just cannot get to the email account via webmail to archive etc as I suspect it is a space issue ...)

Hi Wayne, the message you're receiving is certainly an issue with the mailbox quote being exceeded. As you've mentioned, this is normally something that can be fixed by accessing Webmail to help clear out the mail, but if you're not able to log in via the channels at https://tel.st/z3zj7 then our Tech teams on 133 933 or  https://tel.st/th8qr would be the best points of contact for further investigation and help.
