Add a second email address to Telstra Webmail

I have successfully created a second email address in Telstra MyAccount but unable to get it to appear in Webmail.

The second address does not appear in My profile within Webmail and even though I have tried to manually enter the account per online instructions with imap/smtp settings including the Port and SSL settings,Webmail will not recognise the second address. After adding in the imap etc settings and hitting save, the page is showing "verifying your account" and continuously loops and will not finalise.

Hi i am also having this same issue, added the new email to my account, but cannot add it to the webmail. hit the save button and receive message verifying account details continuously.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
