Adding another email address to outlook

I have an email address that we currently receive/send emails through on outlook which is bigpond.net.au email address. I am wanting to add another email address which is bigpond.com so that I can send and receive in outlook for both. I go to Add Acct  but seem to be hitting walls. I have tried sending as encrypted and unencrypted.

Manually entering settings and following all suggestions but I just seem to be coming stuck.

I just hate having to log onto Bigpond Webmail everytime I want to check this email address.

We are running outlook 2013 through Office 365 system if this makes any difference.

Many thanks

Hey Calvin,

Sorry, just to clarify, you're trying to add another email address in Outlook 2013? Are you using the settings listed here: http://www.telstra.com/emailservercheck ?
