Bigpond addresses due to renew after a year of no charge - who do I contact to cancel?

I moved to another NBN provider because I was sick of Telstra's inept service levels. I retained four Bigpond.com email addresses for a year, free. 

It's been 12 months and I want to retire at least two of these but there is nil information anywhere. Nada. Zilch. Impossible to raise a human on the phone and I don't want their crappy app on my mobile. Anyone have a clue or does Telstra expect me to just cop the $79 per account fee when 12 months rolls over?
