Bigpond blocking emails as spam external sender

Hi

We use a number of email distribution groups and having issues with users with bigpond addresses.

How can we go about getting the organisation whitelisted to allow these messages to get through to the intended receipients.

Can provide futher info for private message or email.

Thanks,

Scott

Re: Bigpond blocking emails as spam external sender

Have you checked Spamhaus to see if your mail servers or IP addresses have been blacklisted there? That is the usual problem and they have to get removed from there.

I don't believe that there is a Universal Whitelisting for Telstra Mail.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

spamhaus reports the domain as being fine and no blocks in place.

Hi Scottyrook,

I would suggest checking the domain listing on here as well http://www.invaluement.com/removal/
