Re: bigpond email from dial up
Unfortunately no-one from CrowdSupport can email you due to CrowdSupport not being an official support platform
While the dial-up service itself was discontinued in 2015, the email account associated with it should not be cancelled provided that is it still active/in-use. It is treated like any other bigpond email account. That being said there is always the possibility of an email account being disconnected due to extended inactivity as outlined in the customer terms: https://www.telstra.com.au/content/dam/tcom/personal/consumer-advice/pdf/consumer/bp-part-k.pdf
