Bigpond Email Send but not receiving

Have contacted Telstra about this but getting nowhere. We aren't receiving any email on any devices. We can send but not receive. This has been going on since 29th Dec. We have even taken it to a computer tech to get it fixed but have been told its a Bigpond Server issue. Really wish that the people we are speaking to would listen to what we are saying as they keep thinking its a login issue. Really frustrating as its taking numerous calls, being on hold and no emails being received for almost 2 weeks now. We are expecting a call back Monday but will wait and see if that happens but won't be surprised if we have to go through the whole issue again

Try logging into webmail here and if not working then it may be an issue with authentication and the password needs to be reset.

If you can get to webmail then there are a few things that can be checked. If you emails are sitting in the inbox then it may be the server settings that are incorrect in the email program and I would suggest trying an alternate email program/app. If not showing in the inbox then check into the folder or email forwarding settings in webmail as the email may be directed elsewhere and not ending up in the inbox to be downloaded.
