BigPond Email Settings

"keep copy on the server" is ticked but messages are not retained.

(There is one forward set up and all device accounts have been checked to ensure they are set to "leave copy on server"... actually powered down all devices to ensure none were clearing the bigpond server but still no messages retained)

Hey Jeffo,

 

When you say there is one forward setup, do you mean from this main email address? Is it possible that when forwarding it is being deleted?

Thanks... Telstra have now fixed the problem, apparently a bug in the bigpond server prevented saving emails in mailbox even though instruction was in place. Now working OK. Jeffo
