Bigpond Email Storage full message

The following message appears to people sending emails to my email address. I have logged onto webmail, cleared all trash etc. System says I  have 853.6mb in current storage and 10.24gb available... but people still get the message below. 


Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

It shouldn't be giving that error. Might be a glitch on the server.


Try moving your old emails into a different folder and see if that helps restore functionality.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
