Bigpond email system hard bouncing legitimate emails
My company sends marketing emails to Bigpond accounts. In the past week or two, we've received a lot of complaints from Bigpond customers stating that they have not been receiving our marketing emails.
Is there something wrong with Bigpond at the moment? We are not on any blacklists as far as I can tell.
Another person in my company emailed the postmaster, and apparently he said that Telstra will only help if a Bigpond customer complains to Bigpond. I don't think that's reasonable at all. We can't make our customers complain to you, and then chase them up for your response.
