Re: BigPond Email with Outlook.com

Hey TonyDT,

You are correct as the 'Opt In' for the migration to be completed has been suspended at the present time. If we are to have this made available again we will be in contact with all customers to advise of this.

Re: BigPond Email with Outlook.com

Dave,

Thanks for your update. I have tried the link in your response, but it looks like this no longer works? I had heard that Telstra were ceasing migrations, as the technology wasn't aligned with what they wanted anymore, but don't know about the final roadmap direction for bigpond email.

Thanks again for your help

Tony

Re: BigPond Email with Outlook.com

Hi stana

It should be fine at the moment.

Just go here: http://www.telstra.com.au/broadband/extras/#tab-bigpond-email (it's the new link) expand the section at the very bottom of the page called Upgrade Email and follow the steps.

You'll need to make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off, as the upgrade page opens in a new window
