Asking for a family member as she is no longer able to sign in, hence why asking question. Tried to reset their bigpond email password but it was done on an iPad. Everything seemed to be done right, but now unable to sign in on either iPad or computer. Please help

Have they tried both the original and the new password? Where the symbols involved as well as text numbers?
When they try to log in to Webmail on that account, they should see an option for Forgot Username/Password which might allow them to change the password again..
it is also possible, that the password change has not been processed/adopted yet and might just need a bit of time to take effect..
Too many devices, probably an addict :-) also a tinkerer and developer of stuff..
Not with Telstra, just another customer like you!
