Bigpond Emails - to iPhone but not to Desktop??

I get emails to my iPhone but they don't come through to Desktop PC. I'm wireless connceted in front of PC yet I send an email..... comes through to iPhone but nothing to PC. Very frustrating - have a pdf Invoice to print as well as copy Banking details from ........ PC gets nothing!! Is this NBN, Telstra, Bigpond.... getting real sick of all this with Telstra. NOTHING IS EASY WITH TELSTRA. I feel totally helpless as cannot contact anyone. Time to change?

Are you able to view the emails online at https://email.telstra.com/webmail using a browser on the PC?
