blocking emails

email sender in blocked list appeared in a new email in my webmail inbox today -why wasn't it blocked automatically?

I tried deleting it from the blocked sender list;  error message -unable to block

tried adding the email address to blocked sender list - refreshed web page and inbox -still in the inbox; attempt to block email gave error message---   the address is already in the list ---for goodness sake

it's still hanging about and giving the same error messages

I guess I just leave the [newly added] address in the list and click said email as spam

so I logged out of Webmail - waited a few mins .....yep, still there.

no idea what board this comes under...
