Can't send / receive emails on mac mail

Hello,

 
I have a Telstra bigpond account the main personal email that runs off but I also run my business accounts as well.
 
When I run connections doctor I get the following errors on 3 accounts that have previously been working.
 
I would really welcome your support on the exact steps and imap/pop settings that are required.
