CANNOT ACCESS MY WEBMAIL

I have not been able to access my email account for 5 days . When I go to login it says my account has been suspended and that it has been compromised. I followed the instructions and contacted Telstra but they cannot resolve my problem. On the occasions that they have answered, they put me through to another area and then I just get some automated message.  It's so frustrating and I cannot get access to very important emails and all my emails will be bouncing back to senders. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

It will be difficult to get resolved at the moment due to the upgrades/updates that are being performed on the Telstra Mail system.

 

Normally, you would call 133933 and they would be able to reinstate your access.

 

Try sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi redirects you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat with a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
