cant access emails



It seems i cant retreive any emails. the last one that it retreive was May2013..


Sent a password reset code for facebook but it still shows May 2013


It seems it wont update the lastest emails at all


Can anyone help

- How do you access your emails? via Webmail or email program?

- Can you view the emails via this webmail link?

- Which email platform are you using? If you are unsure you can check here

- Do you receive any error messages?

- Are you able to send emails?

- Do you access emails from multiple devices?

- Is it a BigPond email account (username@bigpond.com) that you are experiencing difficulties with?
