Cant receive emails from Xero

We use an accounting system called Xero, Up until 2 days ago we used to be able to get emails from our system fine on all our bigpond email addresses and now we cant. Xero have said it has something to do with bigpond now recognising them as spam. We need to be able to email invoices for printing and are unable to do this at the moment. Can you please tell me how to rectify this. We use ipads to get emails on at our shops and a desktop at home, none of them are working but we are getting other emails just nothing from Xero

Xero needs to send a copy of the bounced messages to postmaster@bigpond.com so that the system administrators can add them to the whitelist.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

You might not get the bounce notifications if the messages are getting sent from Xero's server. Xero should have a copy that they can send through.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
