Certain Emails blocked from our domain.

Hi, 

 

I work for a large retailer and our order emails to bigpond customers are being blocked, can someone please assist me with this.

You need to send copies of the bounce messages, along with a description of when it started happening and contact details to postmaster@bigpond.com

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
