Create a new second email address

 

Hello I’m not able to add a new email address due to this issue “we’re disabled your mailbox editing tool because of a technical error. Please try again later.”

If you are unable to do it online you'd need to call billing on 13 22 00 to create the account for you over the phone or alternatively try again later online. 

For Official Support Chat Now, try the Online Troubleshooter, check for Outages or Raise a Complaint.

Same problem here "We've disabled your mailbox editing tool because of a technical error. Please try again later." I have tried over a few days and have the same response...cant add another mailbox for my son.

 

Has anyone had this resolved?
