Deceased relative's email account

Hi, my mother in-law's cousin sadly passed away last year and since she had no children of her own, the estate was left to my mother in-law to manage. She has struggled with this as she did not have her deceased cousin's email address. I have since obtained that and it is a bigpond email address. However we do not have the password and we clearly don't have a mobile phone. Is there any way that Telstra can unlock her webmail?
