How do I bulk delete emails in Telstra Mail

click on the checkboxes to the left of them, can then then either click delete (or more > delete) or drag them into the trash

Thanks for that but I meant delete a lot at once such as mark all and then delete all not one click at each mail

if you lick the checkbox at the top it will select all the emails on the page

Just found out why, I have been using my ipad no checkbox on screen but when using the PC it is all there, thanks all sorted.

Thanks for your input but looking at the recent posts it's obvious that there's a problem with using the new system on tablets, ipads etc as the check boxes do not appear at all on my Lenovo Yoga Pro 3 or iPad so unfortunately problem remains unsolved. Thanks

I have just installed Telstra Mail and when I try and delete unwanted emails it comes up as not being synced.  How can I fix this.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with this email service and do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you There was an national outage with this email service that was only resolved late Sunday evening the 26/02/2017. You should have full access to this service at present, so please do let us know if this is continuing to cause issues?
