email account no access



My email account is coming up inactive due to late payment or none use. I was 2 days late in paying my bill so I am guessing that's why. Makes me laugh you take away my email for being late but I can still use the internet.

Anyways I have tried ringing for the last 3 days so I can access my emails and the silly Telstra lady on the phone keeps sending me the trouble text message so I can fix it myself. Well I can't and I have tried every way to get through and same thing I get no where.

So can you tell me if I can't talk to anyone how can I access my emails
