Trying to add email addresses to account but online instructions do not match "updated" account webpages so how do I do it?

I don't think that it has been possible to add new email addresses since the 29th September 2020, when Telstra stopped taking new customers for the Telstra Mail platform.

You would be better off finding a new provider for your emails (gmail and outlook.com both offer good service).
